Universitas Kyunghee

Kyunghee University adalah sebuah universitas di Kota Seoul yang terkenal dengan bangunan kastil bergaya eropa dangan kesan gotic yang ditimbulkan dari komplek bangunan-bangunannya dan taman bunga sakura yang menambah indah tempat ini. Didirikan pada tahun 1949 oleh Dr. Young Seek Choue, dengan filsafat menuju perdaban baru dan semangat internasionalisasi.

Kyunghee University menduduki peringkat-7 Korea tahun 2011, peringkat ke-41 di Asia tahun 2012 dan peringkat ke-270 di seluruh dunia tahun 2012 menurut QS World University.

Kyunghee University memliki 24 fakultas, 71 departemen dan jurusan, 65 program master, 63 program doktor, 18 sekolah profesional dan 43 lembaga penelitian. Universitas tersebut diakui sebagai sekolah terbaik di bidang Kedokteran Oriental, Ekonomi, Bisnis dan Perdagangan Internasional, Seni Musik dan Internasional Studi Wilayah.

Kyunghee University juga menyediakan asrama bagi mahasiswa dari luar kota maupun luar negeri. Ada beberapa asrama yang bisa dipilih:

1.      Kampus Seoul:

a.       Asrama Sameuiwon

Kamar-kamar disini dilengkapi dengan tempat tidur, meja, lemari, AC, LAN, dan telepon.

            Umumnya empat mahasiswa berbagi setiap kamar.

b.      Asrama Sewhawon

Kamar-kamar disini dilengkapi dengan sebagian besar fasilitas yang up-to-date.

Dua mahasiswa berbagi kamar dengan toilet dan bathtub.

2.      Kampus Sowon:

a.       Woojungwon

Asrama yang bergaya studio ini dilengkapi dengan department store khusus untuk mahasiswa dan kafetaria yang luas.

b.      The 2nd Dormitory

Asrama yang terdiri dari dua bangunan yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas kualitas terbaik.

Bangunan sayap A dikhususkan bagi mahasiswi perempuan dan bangunan sayap B untuk mahasiswa laki-laki.
